warm-up mile, time trial mile: 6:43, cool-down mile. Felt like poo. Didn't eat breakfast or much of a lunch. probably should've eaten something.

Good observation Quinn. Eating is important - especially breakfast.

You can run a lot faster than 6:43.

1st half-marathon. longest ive ever ran at once. started while it was snowing up in Alta. Ran the 1st 9 miles with my dad then went ahead of him. sprinted at the end. felt great, but i could've ran faster.
